Welcome to the W4DXR shack. Operating from the two-acre QTH in Slocomb, Alabama, most of my time on the air is spent hunting rare DX stations on FT8 across 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 40, and 80 meters, tuning homebrew wire dipoles in the tree canopy, and writing Linux automation scripts to keep things running smoothly.

New to the bands or visiting the shack? Check out the Ham Radio Glossary & Phonetic Alphabet for a plain-English breakdown of common operating terms, modes, and phonetics.
